2. What data we collect, and when
This site is purely informational. It has no user accounts, no contact forms and no payments, so it only handles the following data:

When you buy a book, you do so on Amazon. The links on this site take you to Amazon, which handles your purchase under its own privacy policy. We receive none of your purchase or payment details.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, ethnic origin). If you choose to share information of this kind in a message, we will use it only to reply to you, and we will delete it once it is no longer needed.

We use your contact details only to answer you. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before.
4. How long we keep it
- WhatsApp and email messages: two years from the last contact
- Cookie consent: twelve months, or until you change it
- Analytics data: twenty-four months, in aggregate form
5. Who we share it with
We share your data only with the providers needed to run this site and to answer you. Those acting as processors do so under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. WhatsApp and Amazon act as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies.

If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will list it here and ask for your consent before it loads.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. International transfers
Armon Generation LLC is based in the United States. This means that, if you live in the European Economic Area, your data is transferred outside the EU.
In addition, some of our providers (Google, Meta and Cloudflare) are established in the United States.
These transfers rely on:
- The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, where it is not
- Additional security measures: encryption in transit and restricted access

7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify it if it is inaccurate
- Erase it when it is no longer needed
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Restrict processing in certain cases
- Port your data to another controller, in a structured format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Not be subject to automated decisions with legal effects (we make none)

If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
This site is intended for people aged sixteen and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and believe they have given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you additional rights:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use and share
- Right to delete the information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to our inboxes and devices.
No system is completely infallible. If a security breach affects your rights, we will notify you without undue delay and report the incident to the competent authority, in accordance with the applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When a change is substantial, we will announce it with a visible notice on the site, and we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
